Waterside 303 is a luxury apartment located on Paynes Bay. It is on the West Coast of Barbados. The Waterside Apartments development offers its guests an idyllic setting. It is located in a tropical paradise. The development has all modern amenities close at hand.

Waterside 303 is situated on the second floor. It is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment had been furnished and finished to an exceptional standard.

Both bedrooms provide en suite bathrooms and ample closet space. The interior features an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. This flows out onto the sea facing dining terrace. 
Waterside 303 offers fabulous sea views. It includes high speed WIFI and cable TV. In the kitchen thee is an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and more.

Guests have access to the communal pool deck. Here they may use the complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas.

There is an underground parking garage available free of charge to guests. This provides easy access to the apartment via an elevator.

Waterside Apartments is a secure walled gate development. It is bordered by indigenous mature plants.

There is Keypad and remote controller access to the gate and doors. This is via an intercom link to phones in the apartment and at the concierge. Main entrance doors lead to two staircases and lifts. This is via a large coral rendered and marble tiled lobby. Lifts serve all floors including the car park.

There is a common area and car park fire alarm system linked to the Security office. CCTV cameras are linked back to security. 

Interior decor of Waterside 303 features Meranti hardwood timber paneled doors, frames and architraves.

There are glazed doors on to private terraces with travertine tiled floor and skirtings.


The apartmemtn has marble tiled floors and skirting throughout. There is marble wall tiling to all bathrooms and shower rooms. The batrooms are fitted with vitreous China bathroom sets. These have chrome fittings and taps.

Wash hand basin mounted on marble vanity tap with mirrored cabinet over. GFCI socket nearby.

Coral rendered entrance hall and living room. White silk finish walls and ceilings to living room and to the bedrooms.

There are individual air conditioning units in the living and bedrooms. There are also ceiling fans.

The well equipped kitchen is fitted with black granite worktops. There is a multi function stainless steel oven with a hob and stainless steel built-in microwave oven. There is also an American style stainless steel two-door fridge/freezer. This has a chilled water and ice dispenser. 

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility area.

The popular West Coast centre, Holetown area is a short 5 minutes drive north from Waterside . Here you will find supermarkets, banks and duty-free shopping facilities. This is home to some of the island's best restaurants. Water sports are available within a few minutes' walk. Several world class golf courses are just a short drive away.

The world famous 'The Cliff' restaurant is a short walk away. Waterside Apartments are set back from the main road. This ensures peace and privacy while on vacation.
