With all the benefits of luxury villa living, Villa Vistamar Sandy Lane Barbados features a stunning partially covered veranda which leads to the pool deck and covered poolside gazebo along with a two-bedroom self-contained cottage, just a stones’ throw away from the main house. With 4 bedrooms in the main house and a further 2 in the separate cottage - Vistamar Barabdos is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends and it has the freedom of a home away from home, as each day is your own.

Guests at Villa Vistamar Barbados have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners beach facility at the nearby Sandy Lane beach. The villa is also close to Holetown and all the amenities that the west coast of Barbados has to offer.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house. Two bedrooms have king and queen sized beds, with en suite bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms have queen and twin beds, and a share a bathroom.

The self-contained cottage has two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen and double beds and en suite bathrooms. An extensive veranda stretches the length of the cottage.

At Villa Vistamar Sany Lane Barbados, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with casual outdoor seating, wet bar and a large dining table that seats 12, so everyone can gather together and enjoy quality time.

The self-contained cottage of Villa Vistamar Sandy Lane Barbados has a small interior living room with TV and a large patio that includes a stunning sculpted coral stone and glass dining table, comfy sofas and chairs as well as a selection of books and games to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained.

Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club have introduced a new website www.sandylanebeachclub.com highlighting what's available at the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club and a new booking system for any short or long term rental guests wishing to visit the beach club. Via the new web-site guests a new service for guests to order food in advance in now available too.


Please note that the beach club is only available to rental guests staying at a villa on the Sandy Lane Estate.

We had an amazing holiday at Vistamar ; loved being on the Sandy Lane Estate/golf course, beach club was brilliant (food v good too). The villa layout was perfect for our group of 12, gardens were amazing (v large & established/private).

The team of ladies (Rose, Joan, Paulette & Sue) were fabulous -they really made our holiday special. Really friendly, professional and giggled alot . They kept the villa spotless. We all loved them.

In terms of other feedback - we loved Vistamar but would only rebook with a bit of updating; in particular the cottage bathrooms need updating & more aircon put in the cottage main areas. A floor fan was left on every day in the lounge but they just move warm air around (& burn electricity for no reason-we turned it off each day!). 

The main house master suite bathroom was also v old & needs updating. I’d also suggest a screen over the small bathroom window for privacy as anyone wandering outside could peep into that bathroom.
