Bajan Heights is a luxury 5 bedroom villa, which has undergone a fabulous renovation. It is located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Frangipani Drive. It has stunning sea views and its own private swimming pool.

Bajan Heights is an elegantly, stylish villa boasting an elevated position on a ridge overlooking the beautiful West Coast. It also enjoys tropical views from various places throughout. The spacious lush garden around the villa creates a wonderful area for entertaining.

The décor is a seamless combination of modern and classic island style. There are spacious and bright interiors. These are designed to flow freely from one area to another. The rooms have high ceilings and cool coral stone walls.

Entrance to the exquisitely furnished living room is through arched doorways. There is a wonderful covered terrace which is cooled by the passing breezes. Out here there are several separate seating areas. Stairs take you down to the large pool, surrounding deck and tropical gardens.

The living room has a 55" cable TV. The family room has a 58" TV. There is also a BOSE Wireless Speaker amenity.

There is also a covered wet bar and a powder room. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers on the covered terrace.  The terrace is the perfect spot for casual dining under the swaying palm trees. A wonderful place to sit back, cocktail in hand and watch the Caribbean sunsets.

The formal dining area is just off the covered terrace. This seats 10 people. along with a state- of-the-art kitchen

Bedrooms : Each bedroom is air-conditioned and there are ceilings fans throughout

Ground floor : Bedroom 1. This has a four poster king bed and an en suite bathroom. It is decorated in plantation style. French doors lead out onto the covered terrace.

First Floor : There are three bedrooms on this level. These include the stunning master suite. This has has a king sized bed. The en suite bathroom is furnished with double vanity and private verandah. This overlooks the pool, the beautiful gardens and beyond to coastline .

Bedrooms 3 and 4: one has twin beds and the other a king sized bed. Both have elegant en-suite bathrooms and private verandahs with superb views.

Bedroom 5 . This is located in a separate guest cottage to the south of the deck area. It is ideal for a guest who prefers a little more privacy. It has a spacious bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with double vanity. The guest cottage also has its own private terrace.

The Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort is a short 5 minute drive to Holetown. Holetown offers many restaurants and designer shopping and boutiques at Lime Grove. There are various nightlife options there. Further north is historic Speightstown. This is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Here, you will experience more of a laid back Caribbean atmosphere. Speightstown has a selection of seaside dining venues, beach bars, art museums and more.
