Reeds House Number One can be rented with the Penthouse suite to become a 4 bedroom residence with rooftop plunge pool and additional dining area. It occupies the entire south wing of the Reeds House complex. Guests may enjoy lovely terraces and there are sea views from most rooms on all floors. 

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two spa pools. One is located on the ground floor and one on the private roof top sun deck.

There is a wet bar & bar fridge on the ground floor dining terrace. There is another and wet bar with ice machine on the roof top deck. 

Each of the bedrooms has twin beds which can me made into a king-bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.  Each bedroom(except one) has a wardrobe safe and smart TV.

Layout of the apartments consists of :

Ground floor  
Open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious living area with a smart TV. This flows out to a covered terrace where there is a plunge pool and BBQ area. A garden path leads you straight down to the water’s edge and the beach.  

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom . This has a king size  bed and walk in closet. It has an en-suite with a shower and a Jacuzzi bath. There is access to the patio through double French doors.

Second floor 
You can access bedrooms 2 and 3 via a stairway from the patio.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with twin beds( which can be converted to a king ). They have en suite bathrooms and ample closet space. There is an open plan living area with large screen television. Thers is also a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the lovely sea views.

Third floor - (applies to 4 bedroom rental)
Large terrace overlooking the sea. This provides access to Bedroom 4. This is furnished with a king size bed. It has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a spaciouse walk in wardrobe. There is also another fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas.

Guests may also access these units via the main corridor of each floor. This is ideal for allowing families to come and go as they please without imposing on the guests below or above.

Rooftop sundeck - (applies to 4 bedroom rental)
With spa pool. From here you will enjoyamazing views ! There is a BBQ area and sun loungers. 

Powder rooms available on both the ground and top floors.

Dining - ground floor covered dining area can seat up to 12 people. The roof top dining area can seat up to 8 people.

Reeds House Barbados is located on the West Coast in Reeds Bay, St James. The nearest hotel is Royal Pavilion. Speightstown is approximately 5 minutes’ drive away. Golf and Tennis are available approximately 10 minutes’ drive away at Sandy Lane Hotel and Royal Westmoreland.
