Clarence House is a newly constructed 12 Unit Apartment Block in the centre of Holetown. It was completed to exacting standards towards the end of 2018. These beautiful apartments are contemporary in design with elegant modern furnishings. It provides a clean, modern place to stay. It is just a short walk from some of the most beautiful west coast beaches of Barbados.

The development has 8 apartments with two bedrooms. There are also 4 apartments with one bedroom. All apartments in this development are available for holiday rental.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twins. These can be converted to a king. All apartments have large covered terraces which are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

Located in Jamestown Park, Clarence House is right next to Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre.  It provides an ideal central base. Perfect for those who wish to be within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. There are also banks, cinemas, supermarket and other amenities within a short walk.

All of the apartments are beautifully furnished in contemporary style. They are all air-conditioned.

These apartments have been built with top quality finishes throughout. The kitchen in each apartment is modern and fully equipped.

There is a communal pool on site set in the tropical gardens. There is also parking available for each unit.
