The Reef is a 4 bedroom 5.5 bathroom property right on the beach in Prospect. It overlooks the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and is betweens Fitz Village and Batts Rock.

The Reef is a simply stunning home which will take your breath away. It is constructed in a sleek architectural design and has decadent luxurious interiors.

We can think of no other properties in Barbados that have been interior dsigned in this unique way. It is a magnifcent blend of old and new and a very specia; place to stay.

This modern villa is ideal for those who love to entertain. It offers several dining options and a lovely open air terrace. The terrace if the perfect spot from which to entertain and to enjoy the special Caribbean sunsets with friends and family. 

The chic entryway flows through to a generous living area with plush furnishings including statement chandeliers.

The ultra modern kitchen opens up to the formal dining area. This floor has central air conditioning yet the sounds of the sea can be heard teasingly beyond the French doors.

On the spacious covered terrace there is modern casual seating. Ashabby chic super sized dining table here seats up to eight guests. From here you may enjoy spellbinding views of the bay.

There is a guest bedroom on this floor near the entrance. It features twin beds, spacious walk in closet and en suite bathroom.

On the second floor is the second guest bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and stunning en suite bathroom.

The decadent master bedroom is resplendent with elegant wooden beams suspended from the ceiling. It is lit with warm recessed lighting that instantly creates an ambiance of romance and intrigue.

The king size bed has a restored church door as its headboard. This exudes old world glamour and commands the room.

There is a bright and airy walk in wardrobe and gorgeous en suite bathroom with marbled flooring and a Jacuzzi bath. There is a cosy seating area with entertainment system for those who want a little quiet time.

French doors open up the room to the spacious covered terrace from which there are spectacular views of the bay.

This terrace is furnished with casual loungers, dining table and a wet bar. Enjoy sunsets from here that will stay in your memory forever.

On the ground floor where you will find a convenient self enclosed office. This is ideal for working holidays. Thee is also an exquisite dining area with seating for ten.

A fourth bedroom is tucked away to the rear offering privacy for guests.  The entire ground level feels like a self contained cottage. Theres is a kitchenette and guest bathroom off the office. There is a cosy lounge area with entertainment console.

The terrace is accessed from this floor and offers lots of casual seating areas. On this terrace you will find a barbecue pit and more dining options for al fresco evenings under the stars.  The terrace is fully enclosed for security. It has a private gate and stairway leading down to the gorgeous sands of the calm bay below.

The Reef is nestled just off the coast road, set on a stunning cliff. It is between Fitz Village and Batts Rock. It is close to some of Barbados best restaurants. Chicluxury boutiques, golf courses, trendy bars and nightclubs are all within easy reach. There is a tidal beach and amazing snorkeling just steps below the villa.
