A spacious three bedroom, three bathroom house located on the west coast, in a delightful, quiet area, adjacent to Sugar Hill, with views of the blue ocean ahead. The property is located close to Royal Westmoreland and has a well maintained garden. It is suitable for family or friends sharing. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with the master bedroom and the third bedroom ensuite. Coming into the house you have a view of the lovely ocean through the large glass windows.

The spacious living area has three comfortable couches and this extends to one side to the dining area with a large square six seater table and on the other side it leads to the kitchen. The air conditioned kitchen, with ceiling fan, is well equipped and has a breakfast table for two overlooking the garden area towards the blue ocean. From the kitchen there is a small study leading into the third ensuite bedroom which is perfect for a couple or tor the teens in the family. The dining room leads out to the newly built pool complete with extensive deck and covered gazebo area. This is the perfect place to watch the sun set and have that refreshing rum punch before dinner. There is a seating area as well as a dining table for six. Lots of space, comfortable seating and of course enough sun loungers for everyone. With a deep salt water swimming pool and the spectacular ocean view who needs to be on a beach everyday? Saying that, the best is that the villa has beach access at the south side of Fairmont Royal Pavilion with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for 6 persons. Guests are welcome to use the Fairmont Beach Club facilities which includes a bar, food service and water sports all payable locally. Our guests are not permitted to use the hotel facilities (pool, beach chairs, tennis courts etc).
The villa comes with a housekeeper once a week to freshen the linens and towels and tidy up and extra service can be provided payable locally. The gardener comes in twice per week to keep the grounds tidy and the pool is serviced once per week.
So if you are looking for a place to spend some relaxing days, taking in the sunshine, close to great restaurants, bars and night life in Holetown which is a quick 10 minute drive away tthen 19 Mount Standfast is the place for you. Please note the pool is not gated and there is no life guard - children must be supervised at all times.
