Reeds House Penthouse Apartment No 12 enjoys spectacular sea views and comfortably accommodates six people. The layout is on two floors, with the open plan living area offering a fully equipped modern kitchen and an air-conditioned living room with flat screen TV. The covered dining terrace is adjacent to the living area and overlooks the beach and Caribbean Sea below.

Also on the living area level is Bed 1 - an air-conditioned Master Bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fans en-suite bathroom with marble fittings, corner bath, separate shower room, and its own private sitting area with wet bar.  Bedroom 2 – on this level is air-conditioned and offers twin beds ( or can be a king ), ceiling fans and en-suite bathroom. 

On the Upper floor is private roof terrace with additional covered dining area (for up to 6 people) a wet bar, sun terrace with loungers for guests to relax and there is a spa pool to take a cooling dip.  Bedroom 3 – is on this level with access to the roof terrace area, offering Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and an en-suite shower room.
