It is located in a private cul de sac just a 1-2 minute walk down a leafy beach path to the sea. This lovely home is located on the west coast. It is well away from traffic and approximately 1 mile north of Holetown.

The villa can be rented as a whole using 5 bedrooms. Alternatively it can be rented on a 3 bedroom basis using all the bedrooms in the main house.

Banyan House is just a minute's walk away from the soft, sandy beach and Caribbean Sea. It is accessed via a 100 yard pathway just outside the gardens of the villa .

The accommodation at Banyan House is all on one level. There are 3 bedrooms within the main house. There are 2 bedrooms in a separate cottage. This is positioned across the garden alongside the pool.

The design of the villa maximises outdoor villa living. It has a covered terrace living area. This links to the dining room which seats12. Both overlook the 1 acre garden. There is a large private swimming pool and a poolside gazebo. This comes complete with wet bar and BBQ.

The main house offers three en-suite bedrooms to the right of the entrance. The master bedroom opens on to the garden. Each bedroom follows a soothing white decor. This is complemented by refreshing green plants and pieces of eco-style art. There is a fully equipped kitchen with staff area with a small breakfast nook plus buffet area just off the kitchen. This is ideal for family-style meals.

Banyan House has electronic entrance gates that open into a small courtyard bordered by mature trees. The grounds surrounding the villa are beautifully kept with spacious lawns and lush tropical flora and fauna.

 In front of the main house, across the lawn is the private pool. The gazebo is on the left with wet bar, barbecue, wine cooler and the 2 bedroom cottage on the opposite side. The 2 bedrooms in the cottage both have suite bathrooms. 

Behind the gazebo is the outdoor shower. This is near to one of two gates leading to the beach pathway. It is ideal to rinse off after being at the beach.

Guests have access to the Boston whaler speed boat with a professional boatsman.
