it has a wonderful setting with golf course and coastal views and it also offers all the benefits that come with membership to the Royal Westmoreland Resort including the Golf course and Beach club!
Villa Lelant is an outstanding, stylish villa at Royal Westmoreland. It is located next to the 16th fairway of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This stylish, modern villa offers beautifully decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
The accommodation is on 2 floors. The upper floor is the master bedroom, which flows out on to a covered terrace. This is the perfect place to relax. Watch the golfers on the fairway and enjoy the Caribbean Sea views.
On the lower level of Villa Lelant is the main living area. This opens on to a covered terrace. Here you will find comfortable seating and a dining area.
The infinity edge pool is steps away. There are beds in the pool to ensure guests stay completely cool.
There is also modern kitchen which has direct access to the dining area.
Also on this level is an air-conditioned family/TV room (UK/Sky TV available for guest use). The three further bedrooms are positioned around a central water feature in the entrance courtyard.
Bedroom 4 is located in a separate cottage, close to the pool deck
Lelant Bedroom layout - There are 2 bedrooms that have direct access from the courtyard. One of those bedrooms can connect with a 3rd bedroom. That 3rd bedroom also has direct access from the path between the cottage and the main house. If the party is all couples then the interconnecting door is locked.
The master bedroom upstairs is not available and is locked off.
Guests staying at Villa Lelant will have Royal Westmoreland Golf and Social Membership. Guests may access the Royal Westmoreland championship golf course. Membership also includes access to the sanctuary pool and beach club at Mullins. Guests may also use the tennis courts and club house.
The Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort offers 24-hour security. There are various dining options and the beach facility.
