Leamington Pavilion Barbados is a 2 and a half acre Oliver Messell styled beachfront estate which consists of a four-bedroom Italianate pavilion and a one-bedroom beach cottage which can be rented separately or as additional accommodation. A beautiful setting and an awesome house steeped in history dating back to the 1930's and noteable owners including the Heinz family and for a time the American Ambassadors home. Today its retains its classical charm but with a modern kitchen and butlers pantry with sub zero fridges and freezers and all that you would want for entertaining friends and family. Pearson the Cook makes sure you dont have to spend time in the kitchen and the Butler and great housekeeping staff take care of all the rest.
Recently renovated and refurbished, Leamington's meticulous décor blends luxurious furnishings, noteworthy antiques and personalized touches to make the villa truly one of a kind. The villa is filled with European and Caribbean-inspired artwork, including paintings, sculptures and hand-painted furniture, as well as artisanal finishes such as sculpted cornices and coral stone archways.
This villa in Barbados features air conditioned bedrooms and ensuite marble bathrooms as well as numerous sitting areas and a memorable formal dining room which opens out onto the pool & garden area.
Leamington Pavilion Barbados has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large heated swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a tennis court and modern gym on premises.

Honestly we are had the most amazing time: the villa is incredible and the staff were just out of this world fantastic !
I can't begin to explain how incredible the staff are, the owner of this house is just so so lucky to have such wonderful & kind people who take such pride in the house and ensuring we all are comfortable. We adore each and everyone one of them. Jason and Tamesha in particular are outstanding. Honestly the best service and food we’ve ever had anywhere. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Jason not moving, he is so so hardworking, and Tamesha’s food - wow. Unbelievable. She’s a superstar.
On behalf of all of us we would also like to extend our thanks to the outstanding staff at Leamington pavilion. We truly had the most amazing time, a holiday never to forget. Jason the butler was probably the most hard-working, kind, wonderful man we had the pleasure of meeting. Tamesha cooked food like we couldn't even have dreamed of, it was all absolutely delicious and she is extremely talented. We loved her! Shakira, Kimberley and Elsie kept the house looking beautiful and were on hand for anything no matter how big or small - all just so kind and lovely. Cory the gardener was so friendly and lovely and obviously keeps the gardens looking incredible. And our wonderful security man kept us safe - what an amazing important job that is, thank you so so much. We couldn't speak higher of the whole team, they really made the holiday for us all. We adored them all. Thank you to the owners of Leamington Pavilion for sharing their little slice of paradise, we couldn't be more grateful and have enjoyed it more. The house is absolutely stunning and just the perfect holiday home. Thank you so so much.
