Cassia Heights 4 is a 3 bedroom Club villa, located within the Cassia Heights area of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, and is a very short stroll over to the communal pool facilities at the Sanctuary and the Club House. 

Guests can enjoy an array of resort amenities ( some charges apply) ; including 18 hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness centre, clubhouse and communal swimming pool. Plus the Royal Westmoreland Beach Facilities at Mullins Beach, St. Peter.

The villa has been recently renovated and offers comfortable, bright accommodation for up to 6 guests

The modern amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and Wi Fi.

The layout is over 2 floors – the Master bedroom is on the upper floor and provides a private terrace with views of the resort and coast in the distance.  One guest bedroom is located on the ground floor along with the spacious living area with a flat screen TV and doors out onto a sundeck with lovely views. The indoor dining area and kitchen are positioned up a few stairs from the lounge. The second guest bedroom is situated in a self-contained cottage across the internal courtyard, a few steps away from the main house.
