Port St Charles is a wonderfully unique development of luxury accommodation, located in the secure and exclusive marina community of Port St. Charles. The accommodations range from 1 to 6 bedroom, air-conditioned apartments and villas, around the 22 acre site and 10 acre lagoon, which are either set on the water's edge or on the magnificent beachfront. The apartments are on one level, serviced by elevators, a step or stairs. The Villas are on three levels, most have plunge pools and are all set on the water’s edge.

Each villa is individually owned and they are all decorated and furnished to a high standard. The resort offers a myriad of delights for all guests to enjoy, including 1300 feet of spectacular beachfront.

Port St Charles Yacht Club
offers all day dining and bar service in an open air setting with friendly service and a panoramic view of the beach, West Coast and yachts at berth. Deck loungers are provided on the deck for sunning and a staircase into the sea complements the heated pool for swimming.
Hair Dressing and Beauty Salon
A salon offering cuts, colour and styling for ladies and gents as well as manicure, pedicure, facials, massages and waxing are all offered as well.
Sunset Island
Sunset Island is a picturesque island with a swimming pool for the use of owners and residents. A great place to meet your friends to relax and watch the sun set on an evening.
Tennis Courts
There are two flood-lit tennis courts located at the south end of the property. There is no charge for the use of the courts. A limited number of Raquets are available for loan and there are balls for sale. Bookings are necessary.
Exercise Room
A fully equipped, air-conditioned exercise room is available for the use of residents and guests. Cardio-vascular equipment, weight machines and free weights are offered. The room is open 24 hours a day and Personal Trainers are availble on request.

There are complimentary Water Taxis on hand to ferry guests around the property during the day between 10am and 5pm

One Bedroom Apartments These intimate apartments are approached through landscaped gardens and are accessed by either staircase or elevator. The interiors have cool tropical furnishings creating an atmosphere of informal luxury which is surrounded by the tranquil waters of the lagoon. The living rooms lead on to the terrace, which provides a delightful area for outdoor dining just steps away from the water’s edge. Each has a well-appointed kitchen, with an open counter area, providing a useful bar or serving area and the laundry facilities are discreetly tucked away. They have a spacious bedroom all beautifully decorated, with a large marble tiled bathroom tiled. Guests also have a choice to enjoy the air-conditioning, ceiling fans or the naturally cooling trade winds. Some feature private plunge pools.

Two Bedroom Apartments These large apartments have a spacious Master Bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom and patio area in addition to the One Bedroom design providing almost double the apartment size. The apartments located on the ground floor have a plunge pool on the front deck, whilst the top floors have cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and stunning views.

Three Bedroom Lagoon Front Apartments Laid out on one easy level, these apartments are available on the ground, first and top floors, with elevator access. As with the smaller apartments, there is a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen and the elegant living rooms lead out onto a terrace which provides an outdoor sitting and dining area overlooking the crystalline lagoon water. There are two guest bedrooms, each with en suite marble bathrooms, and a sumptuously large master bedroom with stunning views double vanity, and separate bath and shower.

Three bedroom Lagoon Front Villas A secluded courtyard with a fountain set among lush foliage, is the tranquil and private setting for these comfortable villas. From the tastefully decorated living and dining room the view of the sea is breathtaking. A partially covered terrace overlooks the water and provides an enchanting dining area, where a sparkling fountain flows into an intimate plunge pool. Beyond the fully equipped kitchen is a full laundry room and service entrance. On the first floor, are two sun-filled guest bedrooms, each with en suite marble bathroom and the penthouse suite with its spacious bathroom leading on to the intimate sun deck with an outdoor shower, is surrounded by beautiful views of the lagoon.

NEW Three bedroom Beach Front Apartments Surrounded by sapphire ocean views and easy access to the beach, these 3 bedroom spacious apartments are a beach lovers delight. The are located on one of three floors, but are laid out on one level, with elevator access to the upper floor apartments. From the lagoon side patio you can enjoy the breeze as well as the morning sun or watch the boats coming and going in the marina. On the second patio you have the delights of watching the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea. All Beachfront apartments have two master bedrooms on the beach side both with large en-suite marble bathrooms, each with bath, showers and double vanities. A Spacious living room links the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors to really give a feeling of open space.

Ground Floor beachfront apartments have a large beach patio with retractable sun awnings a BBQ, bar, fridge, and steps into a private pool which is surrounded by a lawn and lush vegetation. This is a great place for dining, any time of the day, where the family or group of friends can meet have fun and enjoy the incredible views. There is a short private beach pathway to the south beach, with shower to rinse off before returning to your sun-loungers – a sample of the lifestyle enjoyed at Port St. Charles.

The Government of Barbados has introduced a mandatory Room Levy, applicable to hotels, apartment and villas in Barbados and effective from 1st July 2018.
