It is a one bedroom beach front property located on the west coast. Leamington Cottage is located just a short distance from Speightstown. It is a cosy beachfront cottage with a large sitting/dining area which opens on two sides to an extensive uncovered terrace with uninterrrupted sea views. This delightful cottage has its own private entrance and separate driveway although it forms part of the Leamington Estate.
